Welcome to Menvault
By using our website or buying our products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use our site. "We" means Menvault. "You" means you, the customer. Menvault is powered by Shopify.
1. Your Account
You must be 18 years old (or legal adult age where you live) to use our site. When creating an account or ordering, you need to provide your email, billing/payment information, and shipping address. You promise this information is true and correct. Keep your password secret, don't share your account, and don't sell or transfer it to anyone.
2. Our Products
We try to show products accurately, but colors and details may look different on your screen. We don't promise products will look exactly like pictures or meet your expectations.
Our products are performance apparel designed for men, including protective underwear engineered for confidence and security.
Wellness Note: Menvault products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary based on usage, body type, activity level, and fit. We can change product descriptions, stop selling products, or limit purchase quantities anytime.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you're offering to buy. Your order is final once we receive payment and send confirmation. We usually can't cancel or change confirmed orders, so review carefully. Products are for personal use only, not reselling. See our Return Policy for returns.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices can change anytime. You pay the price shown when ordering. Prices don't include taxes or customs fees unless stated. Promotions have separate rules that override these Terms. You promise your payment information is correct, you're authorized to use it, and you'll pay the full amount including shipping and taxes.
5. Shipping
We're not responsible for shipping delays (carrier issues, customs, weather, etc.). Delivery times are estimates only. Once shipped, the carrier is responsible and risk passes to you. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Copyrights & Trademarks
We own everything on our site (logo, photos, design, text, videos). You can use our site for personal shopping only. You can't copy, republish, or use our content for your business without permission. Shopify owns their content too. Unauthorized use breaks the law.
7. Third-Party Tools
We may offer tools from other companies. We don't control or monitor them and aren't responsible if they don't work. Use at your own risk and read their terms first.
8. Links to Other Websites
We're not responsible for linked websites, their safety, or products sold there. If you leave our site, read their policies first. Questions about other sites? Ask them, not us.
9. Menvault & Shopify
Shopify powers our store, but you buy from Menvault. Shopify isn't responsible for our products, customer service, orders, or returns. Contact us with problems, not Shopify.
10. Your Privacy
We collect and use your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy to learn what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. Shopify also collects information—read their privacy policy too. Using our site means you've read both.
11. Your Reviews & Feedback
If you write a review or send us feedback, you give us permission to use it anywhere, forever, for free. You promise it's honest and you own it. We can remove reviews that are fake, mean, or break the law. We won't pay you for reviews.
12. Mistakes on Our Site
We might make mistakes (wrong prices, typos, etc.). We can fix them anytime and cancel orders if we made a big pricing error.
13. Things You Can't Do
Don't use our site to: break laws, harass people, steal our content, send spam, hack our site, or upload viruses. If you break these rules, we'll shut down your account immediately.
14. Ending Your Account
We can close your account anytime without warning. You still owe any unpaid money. Certain sections (copyrights, liability limits, payment obligations, privacy) stay in effect after closure.
15. No Guarantees
Important: We provide our website and products "as is." We don't promise they'll work perfectly, be error-free, meet your expectations, or be completely secure. Use at your own risk. Some places don't allow these disclaimers.
16. We're Not Responsible for Most Problems
Important: If something goes wrong, we're not responsible for lost money, data, or indirect problems—even if we knew about the risk or it was our fault. Some places don't allow these limits.
17. You'll Protect Us
If someone sues us because you broke these Terms, broke the law, or hurt someone's rights, you'll pay our legal fees and cover damages.
18. If Part of This Doesn't Work
If a court says one part of these Terms is illegal, the rest still applies.
19. The Full Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Return Policy are our complete agreement. If we don't enforce a rule right away, we haven't given it up.
20. You Can't Transfer This Agreement
You can't give or sell your account to anyone. We can transfer this agreement to another company.
21. Section Titles
The section titles (like "Your Account" or "Shipping") are just to help you find things. They don't change what the sections mean.
22. Changes to These Terms
We can change these Terms anytime. We'll post updates here and notify you about major changes. New Terms take effect on the date announced. Check this page periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
