Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. If we approve your return, you must ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged, we will send you a new product first. You don't need to return the defective item before receiving your replacement.

Contact us immediately at info@menvault.com with:

- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the defective item
- Description of the problem

Wrong Size - Our Mistake

If we sent you the wrong size, we will send you the correct size for free.

Contact us at info@menvault.com  with:

- Your order number
- A photo showing the size you received

We will ship the correct size at no cost to you.

Wrong Size - You Ordered

If you ordered the wrong size by mistake, please contact us first at info@menvault.com  before returning anything. Our customer support team will help you with the next steps.

Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

If you refuse to accept your delivery from our shipping partner, or if you do not collect your order when it arrives, a 15 USD shipping cost will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping charges we must pay.

How to Get a Refund

Step 1: Send us an Email at info@menvault.com with your order number and reason for return

Step 2: Wait for approval from our customer service team

Step 3: If approved, ship the unused item back to our warehouse using tracked shipping (we'll provide the address)

Step 4: Keep your tracking number

Step 5: Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will process your refund

Refund Requirements:

- Item must be unused, unpacked and unworn
- Item must be in original condition
- You must use tracked shipping
- We must receive the item at our warehouse

Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after we receive your return.

⚠️ Important: Wait for our approval before shipping. We cannot accept returns without approval. You are responsible for packing the item properly. We're not responsible if the item gets damaged or lost on the way back to us.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

You pay for return shipping, except when: We made a mistake (wrong item, damaged item, defective item).
