Where We Ship

We ship for free to these countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.

We don't ship to other countries yet. If you live somewhere else, email us at info@menvault.com and we'll see if we can help.

Delivery Time

Processing: 1-3 business days after you place your order

Shipping:

  • All orders: 7-10 business days after shipment

Total estimated delivery: 8-13 business days for all countries

Countries we ship to: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand

Important: These times are our best guess. Your order might take longer because of holidays, bad weather, the shipping company, or other problems we can't control.

Who Delivers Your Order

We use these shipping companies:

FedEx (United States), Royal Mail or DPD (United Kingdom), Canada Post (Canada)
Australia Post (Australia), NZ Post (New Zealand).

Sometimes we use a different company if we need to. Your order might come in more than one box. Each box gets its own tracking number.

Order Cancellations

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@menvault.com with your order number.

We can only cancel your order if it has not yet been processed in our warehouse. We process orders very quickly so please reach out immediately if you need to cancel.

If your order has already been processed: Please wait to receive your order and then contact us about a return instead. See our Return Policy for details.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmations

We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships. Wait 24-48 hours for the tracking to show information. Your order is "delivered" when the shipping company says they left it at your address.

Delivery Options & Responsibility 

Your delivery partner may offer optional services like redirecting to a neighbor, scheduling delivery, or collecting from a pickup point. If you choose these options, we're not responsible for any loss or damage.

Once marked as delivered, we're not responsible for the package. We're only responsible until delivery confirmation.

If you fail to retrieve your package or refuse delivery, you're responsible for the order and won't be eligible for a full refund.

Reporting Problems

Non-receipt claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Lost or stolen packages: If tracking says "delivered" but you don't have your package, check with neighbors, building management, or contact the carrier with your tracking number. We're not responsible for packages marked delivered, stolen, or lost after delivery confirmation.

Your Address

Make sure your address is correct before you order. You need to include your street address, apartment or unit number (if you have one), city, state or province, zip code or postal code, and country.

We're not responsible if your address is wrong, the package gets returned because of a bad address, or you have to pay to send it again.

Sending to someone else's address? When you put in someone else's address, you're saying it's okay for us to deliver there. That person is responsible for the package once it arrives.

Delivery Options

The shipping company might let you have them leave it with a neighbor, pick a delivery day, or pick it up at a store or pickup spot. If you choose these options, we're not responsible if something goes wrong.
