Shopify & Your Information
Shopify powers our store and collects information about how you use our site to help improve features. They may use information from your visits to other Shopify stores. We (Menvault) are responsible for most things; Shopify is responsible for their own features. Read Shopify's Privacy Policy and exercise rights. Your information may be sent to other countries to run our store.
Links to Other Websites
We're not responsible for other websites' privacy practices, security, or how they use your information. Read their policies before sharing information. If you post about us on social media, others can see it—we don't control that information.
Children's Information
Our site is not for children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 (or legal adult age where you live). Parents: contact us if your child shared information and we'll delete it. We don't knowingly sell or share information from anyone under 16.
Keeping Your Information Safe
We try to keep your information secure, but no system is 100% safe and we can't guarantee perfect security. Don't send sensitive information through unsecure channels. We keep your information as long as needed to run your account, provide services, follow the law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Stop marketing emails: Click "unsubscribe" in emails. We'll still send order confirmations, shipping updates, and important account information.
UK/Europe extra rights: Object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent (doesn't undo past actions).
How to Use Your Rights

Complaints
Not happy? Contact us first. Still unsatisfied? Depending on where you live, you can appeal our decision or file a complaint with your data protection authority.
International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in other countries. For Europe/UK transfers, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (legal contracts approved by Europe) or transfer to countries deemed safe by Europe/UK.
