Thank you for choosing Menvault. The following terms outline our shipping procedures and policies:

Business Days Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 PM (GMT) are processed within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are processed on the following business day. We'll email you promptly if any unexpected delays occur due to special circumstances.

Shipping Costs & Delivery All orders ship free of charge. Total delivery time is 6-12 business days, including 1-2 business days for processing and 5-10 business days for transit.

Fulfillment Schedule Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are handled on the next business day.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number, which activates within 24 hours.

Returns Complete return information, including procedures and options, is available in our return policy. No restocking fees apply.

Damaged Products If your product arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement at no charge for the first occurrence (refunds are not available). If a replacement also arrives damaged, we'll provide a full refund.

Lost Packages For lost or undeliverable packages, we'll send a replacement before processing any refund claims.

Unaccepted Deliveries Packages not accepted or collected from the post office are returned to us. We'll send a second package free of charge. If the second delivery is also refused, we reserve the right to deduct $15 from any compensation provided.
