Size exchange services
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging when shopping online. That's why we offer multiple exchange options to ensure you get the right size.
Free size exchange (wrong size received)
If you received the *wrong size* due to a shipping or fulfillment error on our part, we will exchange it completely *free of charge*.

• We cover all shipping costs for the replacement

Paid size exchange service (Size adjustment needed)
If you received the *correct size as ordered* but find that the fit isn't quite right, you can use our convenient Size Exchange Service for a small fee.
How it works:
• Keep your original order (no need to return anything)
• Receive the new size quickly via express shipping
• Perfect for when you're unsure about sizing or need a different fit
Requirements:
• Available within *30 days* of receiving your order
• Original items must be *unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging*
• Only available for the *same item and color* in a different size
• Contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange
How to request a size exchange
1. Email us at info@menvault.com with your order number and request
2. Specify whether you received the wrong size (free exchange) or need a size adjustment (paid service)
3. Include the size you would like to receive
4. Our team will validate your request and guide you through the process
Standard return policy
Returns are accepted within *30 days* of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:
Return Requirements:
• Items must be *unworn, unopened, unwashed*, and in their original sealed packaging
• Returns are not accepted for *tried-on or opened products* due to hygiene standards
Return Process:
If eligible, your return will be processed as a *store credit (voucher)* for the value of the returned item, excluding shipping fees. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may apply if:
• The item is returned damaged or incomplete
• The item is returned after the 30-day period
For underwear packs that have been opened or tried on, we cannot process a return.
How to start an exchange or return

2. We'll validate your request and guide you through the process
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your exchange or voucher accordingly

Hygiene Guidelines
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we apply strict hygiene standards. Any item that has been worn, washed, or opened cannot be returned or exchanged through our standard return policy. However, our Paid Size Exchange Service allows you to keep the original items while receiving the correct size.
